Product Warranty Terms & Conditions :

Sofa upholstery materials, fabric / leather, are covered by a 1-year warranty.
Seat cushion materials, PU foam and down filling, are covered by a 3-year warranty.
Electric mechanisms and electric adjustment systems are covered by a 2-year warranty.
The sofa structure is covered by a 10-year warranty.

The SOFA PLUS+ warranty covers only damage caused by manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by improper use or natural wear and tear over time.
*(This does not include cases where cushioning compresses and naturally returns to shape.)
